Located in Hamburg, the new Elbphilarmonie is a structure designed and built by Herzog & Meuron. It is open to the public on January 11 and January 12, 2017. Structure is divided into two parts. The lower part has a more solid look, while the upper part looks lighter and more delicate. This is because glass is used for façade effects. As the designer expected, the effect of watching from the roof is spectacular.
